Indiegogo Campaign, Other Projects, and Goals

If you are supportive of our mission to provide the world with a professional market for Drabble length fiction, you may consider supporting us on Indiegogo. Martian magazine will publish regardless of the campaign’s funding. However, we hope to help alleviate some of the burden of our budget through crowdfunding. We have some rewards to offer as well. Feel free to check it out.

With the idea of funding in mind, we plan to also open a Patreon page in the near future. Patrons will be offered exclusive drabbles each month, have early access to yearly anthologies, help generate bonus project ideas, and also be offered a number of additional flash fiction anthologies for free. More details will be released in the coming days.

As of right now, we plan to publish Drabbles on a weekly basis but hope to multiply that in the months and years to come. Our end goal right now for this magazine is to publish a Drabble three times a week, a story of up to 300 words once a week, and twitter fiction daily. We also want to put out additional themed anthologies of micro and flash fiction each year. However, we want to pay at least .06 a word for anything published on Martian so these goals will take time and support from all of you.

We hope you enjoy our vision and hope you will follow along as we get our magazine underway.

Thank you for your time. Happy Drabbling.
